1. Return Policy
Since kimchi is a perishable item, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product, along with clear photographs of the issue, so that we can address your concern promptly.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
- Quality Concerns: If there is a genuine concern about the quality of the product, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order with detailed feedback.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service team. After this window, cancellations are not possible due to the preparation process.
- In case of successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
